Award Details

This German Academic Exchange Service Scholarship is awarded for two-or-three month summer internships to conduct research at a German university. Undergraduate researchers are mentored by doctoral students. 

Eligibility

Applicants must be undergraduate students (sophomore – senior), including non-US citizens, who display academic achievement and present an application that details how the research internship in Germany services future academic and/or professional goals. 

Application Timeline

Deadline: Late November/December annually. Scholars are notified in February/March.
